It occurs to me as I read Egyptian elections' coverage, that this is
the first time in their history, Egyptians participate in a election
which outcome is unknown. Even though I'm not comfortable seeing the
Muslim Brotherhood (with its current religionist exclusionary agenda)
gain power, this must be strange, or even mind boggling, for
Egyptians. Here's hoping that Syrians, Saudi Arabians and other Arabs
experience the same some day.

Here's also hoping that the same thing that happened to Iran (a
democratic revolution usurped by an exclusionary theocracy) does not
curtail the Arab Spring hopes and dreams.

Hi Joseph, and to us, I wish for an election where parties compete and win
on idelogical programs rather than hand-me-down sectarian families.

I am very impressed with the Syrian people revolution. I wish them well, and
through them to us.
